First Access: Scaries Sweatshirt Pre-Sale

Shhh, don't tell Instagram.

Well, it’s been a while since we’ve seen any activity in the Scaries shop but this cold weather had me anxious to toss on some cozy sweatshirts. For the first time in a year, we’re offering a pre-sale on our most popular sweatshirts — The Green Varsity Crewneck and The Oatmeal Logo Crewneck.

The reasons we’re doing pre-sale are pretty straight-forward.

• Low inventory means a smaller upfront investment from us, and less waste if we don’t sell through that pre-purchased stock. Green initiative stuff. You get it.

• I want to make sure that anyone who wants a sweatshirt gets a sweatshirt. Pre-sale pretty much guarantees that.

• The Instagram following has grown significantly and I truly have no idea what to anticipate in terms of sales. This is why I’m giving subscribers first buying rights.

This will (likely) be the final time these are available until fall, but even that’s not guaranteed. No pressure, but act accordingly. Your Sunday afternoon on the couch will thank you.
